The hot summer season is melting now, and the signs of winter are visible around the UAE. The rains are falling in some places occasionally, and the temperature is going down day by day. It's time for outdoor activities. The outdoor activities are geared up in Dubai. As a resident me my family and I were waiting to enjoy the good climate. Dubai has started its winter activities!

Dubai leaders are very conscious about the health and well-being of residents. So they had introduced so many programs with lots of activities for residents. The one-month fitness challenge is part of this initiative.

As a resident I am so thrilled to participate in the one-month-long fitness Challenge!

The 9th edition of the Dubai Fitness Challenge (DFC) is running from November 1 to November 30, 2025, encouraging everyone in the city to complete 30 minutes of daily physical activity for 30 consecutive days. Dubai gears up for fitness through an extensive, city-wide calendar of free events, fitness villages, community hubs, and major flagship events.

Key Highlights and Activities

The DFC transforms the city into an active arena with diverse offerings for all ages and fitness levels, under the theme 'Find Your Challenge'.
